Ordering online
On the product page please add the following information for personalised orders only:
- Your personalisation wording for the centreboard and motif/logo. Maximum number of characters is 25 including spacing between words.
- Choose your ribbon colour for each tier.
- Choose your choice of fastening.
Payment options:
For orders required after 4 weeks:
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- Cheque – please make payable to Hot Mouse Ltd
- Paypal – please pay into Kathy@themanorosettecompany.co.uk
- Credit card & G Pay – online orders only & fees will apply at checkout. Please note that payments by credit card will take 7 business days to be received by us. Manufacture of your order will not commence until payment is received in full.
For orders required urgently within 3 weeks – payment required immediately:
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- Paypal – please pay into kathy@themanorrosettecompany.co.uk
On the checkout page please select:
- The appropriate postage option.
- If you need your order within 3 weeks please select one of our express delivery services and express postage at checkout.
Ordering by e-mail
Please give us the following details so that we can provide you with a quote:
- Type of pleat.
- Width of ribbon – 25mm or 38mm
- Number of tiers.
- Colours required for tiers (please start with outer tier colour first) and tails.
- Quantity of rosettes.
- Colour of centreboards.
- Wording and other graphic/motif for centres and/or tails.
- Type of fastening – bridle hook, brooch pin or ties.
- Date of your event
Full contact details should include:
- Name
- Address including postcode (delivery address if different)
- Telephone number
For last minute/urgent orders
We require payment within 48 hours of the date of our invoice, sent to you by e-mail. This is so that we can process your order quickly and make sure you receive your rosettes in time.
Extras
- For any order required within 3 weeks the cost is £10.00 or 5% whichever is the greater (excluding postage cost).
- For any order less than 25 rosettes, our small order charge of £2.50 will apply.
- If ties are required, these are an additional 6p per rosette.
